The primary objective of this proposal is to update FHIR Genomics Phenotype Operations in accordance with updates to FHIR Genomics Implication profiles, particularly the recent creation of the Molecular Consequence profile. We are proposing the creation of new phenotype operations (find-subject-molec-conseq, find-population-molec-conseq) that mirror existing diagnostic and therapeutic implication profiles. In addition, we are proposing some clean up of all subject-level phenotype operations.
