We would like to request a variance from US Core for the following profile in the NHSN Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI) Reports IG because the US Core QuestionnaireResponse profile has requirements that do not match the use in HAI of the Healthcare Associated Infection Population Summary QuestionnaireResponse profile (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/HAI/branches/master/StructureDefinition-hai-population-summary-questionnaireresponse.html) because its subject is a group not a single patient (it is a population summary report).
