QI-Core will remove the paragraph in the Relationship to Other Initiatives section, remove QI-Core example for ODH, and directly reference the US Core profile Observation Occupation that includes the 3 examples, that should address the concern for more detail.   Rationale - existing examples provide only basic detail about QI-Core specific profiles, not US Core profiles inherited directly. FHIR-41287 proposed resolution is US Core added Observation Occupation based on [Occupational Data for Health| Occupational Data for Health (ODH) ]. QI-Core 6.0 ballot will incorporate that profile from US Core.
