US Core USCDI Requirement Extensions - is this meant to an implementable extension or is it used to indicate USCDI element in the Implementation Guide. If its not meant to be implemented as an element or attribute of the resources, please remove it from the list of extensions that are to be implemented as attributes of the resources. Having it listed will add confusion and risk it being included on the implemented resources.
