1. We will define a standard extension called "questionnaire-answerKey" 0..1 Reference(QuestionnaireResponse) with a context of Questionnaire
"Indicates the official/agreed 'correct' answers for a Questionnaire that represents a test or similar instrument.
The referenced QuestionnaireResponse SHALL have a QuestionnaireResponse.questionnaire that refers to the referencing Questionnaire.
NOTE: There may need to be restrictions on access to the answerKey QuestionnaireResponse to protect the integrity of the instrument."
Will add this to the Advanced Behavior Questionnaire
2. We will add a standard extension called "questionnaire-item-answerAssessment" 0..* Annotation with a context of QuestionnaireResponse.item
"Allows capturing free-text analysis or comments about a completed QuestionnaireResponse item. This might be notes captured when evaluating a particular response, information captured by the user recording a subjects responses, or even guidance and rationale around correct vs. incorrect answers in an "answer key" QuestionnaireResponse."
Will add this as non-must-support to the SDC QuestionnaireResponse profile
3. We will add a section in the notes on the SDC QuestionnaireResponse profile called "Assessing QuestionnaireResponses"
The section will cover:
- scoring and weighting questions
- Hiding weights and scores (including derived forms)
- Derived Questionnaire responses inserting 'score' questions
- defining answer keys
- including answerAssessment
- automating assessment
We want to play with this a bit before making a final decision. @brian will explore
