CodexRT is dependent on USCore 4.0.0 (due to dependency on mCODE STU2.1).

There is no ServiceRequest profile in USCore 4.0.0.

Please provide a variance in recognition of the inability to use a non-existent Profile that is available in a later version of USCore.
