Physical Activity Measures
Description
Even a simple goal of x minutes of vigorous activity per day or week needs more detailed data than for example average heart rate per 5 minutes; according https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/articles/23490-heart-rate-recovery#:~:text=Heart%20rate%20recovery%20(HRR)%20is,number%20to%20calculate%20your%20HRR
averaged values over 5-15 seconds would work.
Also step count measurements can easily be captured every few seconds and in combination with HR would be very useful for the use case at hand.
The current text contradicts itself; on the one hand there is no need to include detailed information, on the other hand one of the goals is effective therapy which does need this level of detail.
