We will change from "social history" to "activity" instead as a mandatory slice.

We will submit a change request to U.S. Core asking them to remove "Not under direct supervision of practitioner such as a physical therapist." from the definition of the 'activity' category.

See https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-41076 for decision on "physical-activity" category.

    Description

The category slice for Social History is always required.  It seems that one should always have one of physical activity where additional social history could be additive, or at least one of the two.  But always have Social History as a category seems unnecessary.  Additionally, having social history Must Support while physical history is not must support in a physical activity IG does not fit that as well.

Recommend that category is Must Support, 1..* and social history is 0..1 as physical activity and let the actual observation determine whether one, the other, or both are relevant.
