Section 2.3.3 provides a sequence diagram describing R4 scenarios. Underneath this diagram is a textual description of these scenarios entitled "Sequence diagram of creating a FHIR Subscription in FHIR R4B". This should be corrected to "Sequence diagram of creating a FHIR Subscription in FHIR R4"
