Description
Would be good to note in the highlighted example that the SNOMED code 419511003 in the C-CDA allergy example is not present in the FHIR example, since it is implied by the resource type (AllergyIntolerance). In other words, in C-CDA you need to flag the observation as an allergy using this code, but in FHIR the fact that it represents an allergy is already assumed since it is an AllergyIntolerance resource, and thus having a code to express that would be redundant.
