The specification could be improved by increasing the number of profiles and examples.

I suggest to:

• add a RTLS subscription notification profile that shows the structure of a RTLS subscription notificaiton.
• add profiles for each notification type defined in section 3. Both for message and subscription based notifications
• add examples for each event type in both message and subscription format.
