      The IG Artifacts page describes this example as "An example observation capturing the patient’s estimated calorie expenditure during their run." But the example itself contains the code description "Calories burned in 24 hour Calculated" which doesn't seem appropriate. The observation value is 738 kcal which is reasonable for a single activity but too low for a full day, so I think we might just have the wrong LOINC code and description in the example.
