Leverage NCI Enterprise Vocabulary Services (EVS) and caDSR

      The mCODE (Mark Kramer, Saul Kravitz) and NCI EVS (Robinette Renner and Mitra Rocca (FDA)) teams met on 6/13/23 to discuss this issue.  The teams will collaborate to identify opportunities to include mappings of mCODE valuesets to NCI Thesaurus terms in support of mCODE use in research.   These mapping will be included when ready, either in the STU3 publication, or in a subsequent update.  There is some evidence of mapping of mCODE STU2 valuesets to NCIt terms here – https://evs.nci.nih.gov/ftp1/mCode/ .
