Description
This is, perhaps, a larger FHIR IG publishing issue, but if it's possible to control the HTML around the example images, it would be good to put a max-width: 100% attribute on them (with, perhaps, additional markup/styles on the containing HTML), so the page doesn't scroll horizontally. The image could also be opened directly upon clicking, so that users could easily navigate to the full-sized image.
Alternatively, I seem to recall some discussion about actually rendering these as direct HTML rather than images. That would be the ultimate in usability, since then you could potentially add in more smarts like hover-highlighting matching fields rather than relying on color-coding.
