On the row of "Date of Diagnosis", it has two piece of fields on the C-CDA side and 3 options on the FHIR side. Understand that dates could appear in all these fields and server must support them, but it might be helpful for the guidance to be clearer on the hierarchy/priority between these fields for implementers to develop consistent logic. For example, the effectiveTime and author time may not be the same, and which one should the logic look first for an onset time.

Also, this row has included the effectiveTime, and effectiveTime/low has its own row in the same table. Is there a way to consolidate between the two?
