      We will add language saying:

"When a DTR client is invoking DTR in the context of an order that does NOT have a CRD Coverage Information extension, then the DTR client SHALL provide a fhirContext that indicates the Coverage for which DTR guidance is being sought.  A DTR client might choose to launch DTR more than once with different Coverage contexts being provided."

    Description

If DTR is launched simply passing in the id of an order, we also need to pass in the Coverage that the EHR considers relevant to the order for which it's seeking DTR guidance so that the DTR app knows which payer to contact.
