The XML example in the C-CDA to FHIR Patient mapping gives the following patient name:

  <family>Jones</family>
  <given>Myra</given>
</name>

However, the CDA spec says that "Name parts occur in a natural order in which they would be displayed, as opposed to in a order detemined [sic] by name part."

Therefore, as in this example, we should have the given name come first.
