C-CDA <-> FHIR Medications: Overly restrictive XPath

      The C-CDA to FHIR Medications mapping (and vice versa) provide this XPath for the C-CDA Medication Activity:

      ClinicalDocument/component/structuredBody/component/section[(@code="10160-0")]/entry/substanceAdministration

      10160-0 is the LOINC code for the Medications Section however, it should be noted that the Medication Activity can be present in other sections as well, like Medications Administered (29549-3).

      We could finagle an XPath with every possible LOINC code for a C-CDA section likely to contain the Medication Activity, but the best thing to do here is probably just to indicate that that XPath is an example rather than the only place a C-CDA Medication Activity can appear. (And honestly, as much of a minor sin as this is and all, the Medication Activity really seems like a good example of a place where the best way to realistically determine whether a substanceAdministration in a C-CDA document is a proper Medication Activity or not is to look for the templateId. But maybe we don't want to encourage that...?)
