To accurately capture the various steps of specimen processing done both in the lab and potentially before the specimen arrives in the lab, we propose the following:

1. add processing.performer as a reference to (Practitioner | PractitionerRole | Patient | RelatedPerson)
2. add in processing.device as a reference to Device
