      Change the description from

      "If this a case sensitive code."

      to

      "As assertion of whether the code is case sensitive or not. This assertion SHALL be based on how the code system is defined. If the server generating the expansion does not know how the code system defined case sensitivity of codes, this extension SHALL NOT be used."

    Description

      The extension http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/valueset-caseSensitive needs a little clarity - is it taken for granted that codes are not case sensitive unless stated? Or the other way around? I think it would be good to clarify this. And it can't overrule what the code system itself says, right?
