Some authorizations are dependent on other orders.  E.g. if ordering surgery and post-surgery rehab physio, the approval of the physio might be dependent on the approval of (and the performance of) the ordered surgery.

We should update the extension to allow asserting the additional order(s) that are interdependent with the authorization assertion on this one.
