To address this, it is suggested that the following changes are made

• Add the following statement to the definition of the ConceptMap.group.element.target.property.value[x] element: If the type chosen for this element is 'code', then the property SHALL be defined in a ConceptMap.property element.
• Add the following statement to the definition of the ConceptMap.group.element.target.dependsOn.value[x] element: If the type chosen for this element is 'code', then the attribute SHALL be defined in a ConceptMap.additionalAttribute element.
• Add the following statement to the definition of the ConceptMap.group.element.target.product.value[x] element: If the type chosen for this element is 'code', then the attribute SHALL be defined in a ConceptMap.additionalAttribute element.
