The draft Parent/Child/Micro/etc. narrative (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/OO/Draft+Parent+Child+Explanation+in+DiagnosticReport+Examples) to be applied into R5 as follows:

• Text in 10.1.5.3 Observation Grouping (https://build.fhir.org/observation.html#obsgrouping) introduction section to be replaced with this text in narrative (https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=156535058#DraftParentChildExplanationinDiagnosticReportExamples-ObservationGrouping).  10.1.5.3.3.1 through 10.1.5.3.3.3 would remain as-is in Observation, except for possibly this note:
  • We did not talk about the text in 10.1.5.3.3 (https://build.fhir.org/observation.html#gr-other)
  • It references grouping and references https://build.fhir.org/diagnosticreport-micro1.html, but that would be benefit from having a reference to the narrative as well.  So suggest to update as follows:
    • FROM: This structure permits nested grouping when used with DiagnosticReport (e.g. complex micro isolate and sensitivities report).
    • TO: This structure permits nested grouping when used with DiagnosticReport (e.g. complex micro isolate and sensitivities report) as described in Diagnostic Module (https://build.fhir.org/diagnostics-module.html).
  • The actual example may need some fixing to fully align with the narrative, but we can fix that as part of all the other examples need review and possible fixing.
• Text in 10.3.8.1 Laboratory Results introduction (https://build.fhir.org/diagnosticreport-examples.html#10.3.8.1) to be replaced by text referencing the Diagnostic Module page (https://build.fhir.org/diagnostics-module.html) stating:
  • See Diagnostic Module (https://build.fhir.org/diagnostics-module.htm) for a review on how to organize DiagnosticReport and Observations to represent micro-biology culture reports, including susceptibility reports, and parent/child structures.
