Please update Glucose information for both as the wrong LOINC and specimen information for the Glucose is indicated in the CMP.  Looks like the Glucose example should be use https://loinc.org/2345-7 instead, as it's the required LOINC the the CMS CMP 2000 panel:  https://loinc.org/24323-8/

Furthermore, the Glucose Result in US Core is missing the single specimen type upon which the analysis was performed (i.e. Serum) to be congruent with the specimen required in the CMP panel and as modeled now (thanks for the update) in the other results (observations) of said panel.
