    Description

DocumentReference.status, DocumentReference.docStatus, and Composition.status all need more guidance.

DocumentReference.docStatus and the associated Composition.status should always be the same.

Since these documents may be signed and because the document itself should remain intact, The Document Bundle should not be changed when replacing or revoking a document. Instead the DocumentReference.status needs to be updated appropriately. please add Guidance to the IG the describes this.
