      The CapabilityStatement will be updated to reflect this requirements for the guide. We will leverage the Plan-Net CapabilityStatement to support the relevant profiles and search capabilities scoped for this STU, and will fix navigation links to the CapabiltyStatement section from within the document as well.

      IG Needs a proper Capability Statement.

      Are capability's required different than what Plan-Net requires?
      If not, you can use the CapabilityStatement.imports to pull in the Plan-Net CapStmt.
      Or import them, and override some.
