In the Da Vinci PCT FHIR IG, which is based on US Core 3.1.1 and Da Vinci HRex (which also references 3.1.1), we started getting the following warning in the IG’s qa.html file:

There is no US Core Coverage profile in US Core 3.1.1, or any published version of US Core as far as I can tell, though it looks like such as profile was added to the current build.

Since PCT is going for publication imminently, we would like to request a variance for US Core Coverage compliance. We will not be able to wait until the current build is published as version 6.0.0.
