These changes are already in progress by the RDF subgroup of the ITS group. A PR will follow.

Several things on the rdf.html page need editorial updating or additional explanation for FHIR RDF R5, mainly:

Updating the examples
Adding more explanation of Concept IRIs
Adding explanation of IRI Stems (which are used to create Concept IRIs), and where they can be obtained (i.e., from the terminology.hl7.org site)
Misc corrections of broken links and other editorial issues

None of these changes affect conformance, but they provide significantly better explanations.
