    Description

Please see the related issue. Based on a discussion with lloyd we are considering removing the MessageHeader sender, author, and responsible elements and advising implementers to use Task instead. This specification currently flags those elements as "Must Support", so that change would break backward compatibility. A note to implementers will appear on a future FHIR R5 ballot, but in the meantime InM would appreciate input from the IG authors: ehaas, RikiM, lmichaelsen, lloyd, rcdieterle, viet.nguyen, campkeegan.
