Edited: While attempting to accomplish the objectives of the Connectathon 32 track for National Directory (2023- 01 FAST National Directory of Healthcare & Da Vinci Plan Net) to find an Endpoint by first finding an Organization by name and then retrieving the Endpoint. 

• There were no search parameters defined in the IG under search artifacts that permit searching by Organization name.  They are listed in the Capability Statement, but not profiled.
• There were no search parameters profiled in the IG that permit the include or reverse include of Endpoint with the exception of CareTeam. 

Recommendation is to add and profile searchParameters that allow the retrieval of Endpoint with Organization, OrganizationAffiliation, Practitioner, PractitionerRole, etc. and the retrieval of related resources when searching Endpoints.
