Description
1. The FHIR Path for Search Parameter https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-us-ndh/branches/master/SearchParameter-endpoint-usecase-standard.html uses the wrong FHIR Path for the element.
2. Is there a need for the Search Parameter? The value "standard" is fixed.
