1.5 Dependencies - The link for QI-Core Implementation Guide (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/qi-core/2022Sep) gives a 404 error.

Change link to QI Core STU 5 publication

1.7 Global Profiles - Source and Profile links are all broken? I didn't check 100% but all I checked were giving 404s.

Will update all source and profile links to the QI Core STU5 publication
