      It appears that there are some double quotes rendering issues in most of the cql libraries.

      For example, in Terminology library cql (https://hl7.org/fhir/us/cqfmeasures/2023Jan/Library-Terminology.html), "Encounter Inpatient SNOMEDCT Value Set" is displayed as 

      valueset "Encounter Inpatient SNOMEDCT Value Set":
