“If category is a problems list item, the clinicalStatus SHOULD not be unknown.”

This statement uses a double negative and does not make the intent overly clear. If there was a clinicalStatus code of “unknown” it would be clear, but there is no such code in the required biding value set.

Please reword to something like: “If Condition.category  contains a Problem List Item category (problem-list-item), Condition.clinicalStatus SHOULD be present”, place “problem-list-item” in the markdown as a “code”), and place “Condition.clinicalStatus” markdown as a code element to make it clear it is an element name.
