    • Change Request FHIR-39849 HealthcareService examples don't match constraints described in implementation notes

    Description

      Examples contain a very limited number of fields, for example this service example http://hl7.org/fhir/us/hsds/2023Jan/HealthcareService-hsds-service.json.html. It would be ideal if they contained all possible fields, or at least all fields that are mapped from HSDS.  It is harder to assess/use the IG without these.
