Description

Clarify if the app state FHIR endpoint needs to support the /metadata endpoint. That is, is the app state endpoint an actual FHIR server?

Presumably, an EHR could use the same storage for app-state as for all other resources; this page is only giving the minimal set of requirements for the app state endpoint.
