      This appears to be a tooling issue. We are already investigating section numbering to satisfy FHIR-39988 and are hopeful this will correct the problem. If not, we may need to defer.

    Description

      Confirm indenting of sections with subsections is correct – it appears that the sections are incorrectly indented at the level of the subsection.
