Define and use the terms like Screening and Assessment consistently

This guide mentions the terms screening, assessment, screening assessment, assessment tools, and judgement without a clear definition or completely consistent use throughout the guide. These terms need to be defined for the reader and consistently throughout the IG. Depending on the scope of use in the industry, “assessment” may have different meanings. It could be considered part of a process to make a assertion/determination or the assertion/determination itself. Please provide a definition of these words in connection with clinical practice.

It should also be made clear that the guide does not address the screening process (and that IGs like Gravity do), but rather captures the assertions/determinations that result from the screening/assessment process.

Artifact (e.g. profile) names and descriptions should be appropriately changed to accurately reflect the settled upon definition of the terms.
