The Data Model shows a RElatedTo but it is not represented in the profile

      Eliminate the Related To arrow from Patient to Patient/RelatedPerson as that relationship is manifested via the Coverage resource. 

      Match the cardinalities on the Model to the actual profiles. Specifically change Attributed Practitioner/PractitionerRole/Organization, Coverage, AnyReference to 0..1

      Also change the names to match the profile names to make it easier to correlate the model with the FHIR Artifacts.

      The data model shows an attribute on the Patient of "RelatedTo" to point to the Subscriber  That should probably be updated to the Coverage then to Subscriber
