Only the Plannet code systems referenced by the value sets applied to HealthcareService.category and .type will be included in STU 1 of this guide.   The Open Eligibility Taxonomy will be added to the Code Systems and Value Sets sections to reflect that the IG was tested using both Open Eligibility and the 211LA taxonomies in separate reference implementations during our FMM-2 testing event. Because an agreement between 211 LA organization and HL7 to reference the 211 LA taxonomy in HL7 specifications has not yet been reached, only the Open Eligibility taxonomy will be included in STU 1 of this guide.
