      whenHandedOver should have documentation updated to include guidance for prescriptions sent by mail. For mailed prescriptions, it would be the time the label was printed to be mailed. It cannot be known when the patient received it.

       

      Please change the description of this element to "When the product was given out. For mailed prescriptions, when the label was printed."
