      • Many profiles (immunization, clinical test observation and others) contain the statement "resource-pertainsToGoal (Must Support) to encourage linking to the goal the medication hopes to facilitate and/or to encourage systems to be able to receive and understand a goal linkage if present." even when they don't pertain to a "medication". It seems like "medication" should be replaced with a context appropriate word
        • Also note, that not all profiles that use this extension have this wording (should they all have the same wording?)
