Additionally, the latest release, US Core 5.0.1, has a Must Support slice on ServiceRequest.category with a required binding to "US Core ServiceRequest Category Codes" (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/US-Core/ValueSet-us-core-servicerequest-category.html)

None of these codes fit the category needed for a Portable medical order such as CPR, DNR, initial treatment, or medically assisted nutrition.
