The US Core Observation Screening Assessment Profile sets a clear baseline for the minimum expectations of recording questionnaire answers. However, systems should also consider their own use cases and domain when determining if they need to support additional data types. For example, the SDOH SDOHCC Observation Screening Response Profile only supports the use of Quantity and CodeableConcept datatypes.
