      The spec.html section for member-remove has to be updated to reflect the right parameters as per the operation definition along with the different options and the terms used should match the operation definition terms.

    Description

      "MemberId + ProviderNPI  + (optional Attribution Period)"
      "patientReference + providerReference + (optional Attribution Period)"
      This conflicts with https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-atr/OperationDefinition-member-remove.html 8.4.1.1, which indicates that the optional parameter is coverageReference. But do we intend for the consumer to be able to request the removal of just one period if the member is in the list with multiple periods?
