      Provider can and should be able to pull the attribution list as needed. 

      The cadence should be clarified to indicate the update frequency by the producer based on their own internal business process and the cadence does not imply the API availability. 

      The push option is not available, however as part of other ballot comments, an optional notification capability will exist for implementation to formalize the cadence.

      "4. Payer (Producer) makes list available to Provider (Consumer) at regular intervals"
      The statement in the figure makes it sound like this is a push from the payer rather than a pull from the provider. Is there a reason the provider can't just request the group whenever they want? The wording of "makes list available... at regular intervals" suggests that the list might not be available at other times.
