      • Change DiagnosticReport.conclusion to markdown 

      Per FHIR-I it is also ok to make the following changes to Normative resource content:

      • Change Observation.referenceRange.text to markdown (if allowed based on normative rules) or alternative
      • Add Observation.value[x].valueMarkdown with type markdown
      • Add Observation.component.value[x].valueMarkdown with type markdown
