    Description

UP-344 removed several IHE codes from the Endpoint Connection Type code system.

Compare and note that ihe-xcpd and others are now gone:
      https://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem-endpoint-connection-type.html
      http://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-endpoint-connection-type.html

Since the R4 code system lists it's cannonical URL as http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/endpoint-connection-type, whenever I try to validate an R4 instance that contains a code like ihe-xcpd, it fails.

This is a huge backwards compatility issue, since the R4 (and R4b) specs still bind to a value set containing the old codes that used to be in the endpoint-connection-type code system.
