Given that DTR launch is now handled with an extension and system-action rather than a card, our primary use-case for deferred launch is now gone. Given that the new SMART spec covers this, there's no need for CRD to talk about deferred launch at all. We will remove the section on deferred launch and the Task profile from CRD.

Smart is defining a standard profile on Task for launching SMART. We should align with that.
