We have two requests that we feel would add clarity to implementers.

First, there appears to be two omissions in the Profile table: HRex Coverage and PDex Prior Authorization. (The later is referenced in free text below, but our implementation teams miss this bit.)

Second, would it make sense to add this table to the $patient-everything-pdex operation definition? If feels like it would be more efficient if we can just reference this operation definition for anybody building support for this operation.
